CubeSERV® WMS - Cascading Web Map Server
A Scalable, Interoperable Platform for Serving User-tailored Maps on the Internet
CubeSERV® Cascading Web Map Server conforms to OpenGIS® Consortium’s Web Map Server specifications. CubeSERV provides powerful tools for publishing spatial data on the Web using standard Web browsers and existing HTTP protocols for publishing GeoData on the Internet.
CubeSERV WMS can transform map layers from third-party map servers into a number of different projections and image formats, thereby offering an integrated and dynamic view of geospatial data in a distributed environment.
A stand-alone version of CubeSERV WMS, i.e. a version that does not need CubeWerx' Spatial Data Warehouse solution (CubeSTOR®), is now available. This version can serve different types of files (SHAPE, Mid/Mif, etc.) stored on the Web server's hard drive onto the Internet.
