CubeWerx Presents CubeSERV® Mobile and CubePAD™ at GeoTEC Event 2003
CubeWerx will present its interoperable wireless technology, CubeSERV® Mobile and CubePAD™, during the upcoming GeoTEC Event 2003 in Vancouver, British Columbia
Gatineau, Quebec - March 10, 2003. CubeWerx announced today that it will showcase its new wireless technology, CubeSERV® Mobile and CubePAD™, at the upcoming GeoTEC Event in Vancouver, March 17-19, 2003.
CubeSERV® Mobile and CubePAD™ are software development kits (SDKs) that leverages the powerful capabilities of the CubeSERV® Web services and CubeSTOR® Spatial Data Warehousing technologies. System integrators can develop custom server- and client-based GeoData applications, for deployment on handheld devices used in the field.
CubeSERV® Mobile and CubePAD™ components leverage the OpenGIS® Consortium Web Map Server (WMS) and Web Feature Server (WFS) specifications, enabling users to discover, access, add and update geospatial data from the field.
Emergency services will thus benefit from applications that will address requirements for accessing and updating geospatial data from the field.
