Space Imaging Selects CubeWerx Spatial Warehouse for Carterra™ Online Imagery Store

HULL, Quebec, - CubeWerx Inc., a leading provider of Spatial Warehouse Solutions for geospatial data infrastructures today announced that Space Imaging has selected the company's flagship product, CubeSTOR™, for managing terabytes of high resolution imagery.
The company made the announcement at GIS 2001, a major geomatics industry conference, opened in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
"Space Imaging is a leading provider of geo-spatial products and now will be able to offer a more convenient and cost effective means of navigating, discovering and accessing these offerings. Compusult Ltd., also based in Canada, is providing the "front end" and integration services to the CubeSERV™ Web Map Server and powerful CubeSTOR™ "back end" spatial warehouse. Five-meter resolution products are the initial focus for the warehouse. Customers will soon be able to view, select and acquire their geo-spatial products online.
